CNIB Customer Service Booth: Located just outside the food court near Charm Diamond Centre. Mall gift cards, lottery, wheelchairs, strollers are all located in this one convenient spot! Visit them today and recieve service with a smile.

Family Washrooms are located by the Food Court come complete with a dual toilet and child potty in a private stall. A change area and a child area are also provided.

Hand Sanitizer Dispensers are available at the Food Court Tray Station and throughout the common area.

Expectant Mother Parking can be found at all of our major entrances and they are identified by signage. They are available to anyone expecting or with an infant.

Complimentary Customer Service Rep Dialers are located on all of our Bell Public Phones. If you have a question, or need to speak to security - don"t hesitate to pick up the phone. Help is just a phone call away!

Job Opportunities Board & Community Board: Can be found in the Administration / Washroom corridor. Looking for a new job or want to know what"s happening in our community? Just visit the Job and Community board to keep yourself well informed!

Lost & Found: Security keeps all lost and found articles for 30 days. All useful items are donated to the local Salvation Army. Please come see us if you have lost or if you have found something in the Mall. Ask the helpful attendants at the CNIB Customer Service booth to contact security - or dial out to a rep dialer from any Bell pay phone.

Security/First Aid: If you or someone you are with requires assistance, give security a call via our security rep dialer and our qualified personnel will assist you in any way they can.

Lockers are located in the Administration / Washroom corridor. These handy lockers are great for storing parcels and coats and they are available for a nominal fee.

Public Telephones are located at all of our main entrances.

Automated Teller Machine: You can find this ATM machine outside the "Stitch It" store, near the bus depot entrance.
